We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and designs of our products as accurately as possible. However, because our items include unique craftsmanship, minor differences in textures or colors may occur.

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment is required at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and Netbanking payments securely processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By submitting an online order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are processed according to our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery times across India range between 3 to 5 business days. While we partner with premium carriers to ensure fast shipping, Soultatva is not liable for delayed deliveries due to courier scheduling issues or natural events.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our goal. All requests for item returns, damage claims, or product exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review that document carefully to understand timelines (such as reporting within 48 hours of delivery) and shipping instructions for returned products.
